This spacious bedroom is newly painted and new carpeting. Very big closet. Room also provides a 9 drawer dresser and lamp. I also have a fold down chair that makes into a small twin bed if needed.

I am living alone in a 2 bedroom town house with my two cats. My daughter moved out a couple years ago and rent has gotten too high for me. I need help to share expenses. Roommate will have access to the washer and dryer in the basement for laundry. I work 2nd shift full time but I also have a grandson that I watch once or twice a week. Must be okay with small children. The cats are free roaming indoor cats but will not have access to the extra bedroom.
