About the room

Hey new roomie, I have a room available now in a newer Southwest home, off Panama & Gosford (93313). The room is decent sized and lightly furnished. There is a Queen sized bed with headboard in the room now, as well as a dresser & nightstand. There is also a nice sized closet. It’s a 2,194 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths.

The home features wood floors and spacious open kitchen-living-dining area. There is an upgraded 5-burner gas stove and walk-in pantry as well. The main bathroom would be shared, but has 2 sinks, 2 medicine cabinets, plenty of storage, and the toilet & shower room has a separate door. There is a 1/2 bath for use as well, so has never been an issue. Parking is 1 spot in the driveway (first-come-first-serve), with 2 parking spaces on the street directly in front of the home.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and is all relatively newer. There is also tons of food & shopping nearby :-)

About the roomies

The roomies all mostly keep to themselves, but we like to have dinners together. The owner of the home resides in the master bedroom and likes to have a young, fun, professional vibe.
