Langdon Street
About the room
The room is around 160 sq. ft., with a decently sized storage space/closet (shown in photos). While unfurnished, we have guys who are willing to assist with any moving help you may need. The house itself is located on the northeast corner of campus, a couple of blocks away from the Library Mall area: It comes with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, an available parking spot, and full utilities (which come at a separate but much less costly price than rent). One important thing to note is that the house does belong to and comprised of members of a fraternity. However, every housemate will be extremely cordial and respectful, and any concerns you may have about it will most likely not be an issue: good conditions will be maintained, volume will be kept at a reasonable level at all times, and all housemates/guests will be respectful of you and your belongings.
About the roomies
Contrary to what you might believe about fraternity housemates, we spend a majority of our time doing work or casually hanging out on the first floor: playing pool/ping-pong, gathering in the living room for weekly movie nights, etc. If you ever have the interest to join in with us you will always be more than welcome to, and if you just prefer to hang out in your own room weβll respect your space completely. A lot of the guys who previously lived-in with the fraternity have stayed good friends with them afterwards, itβs across-the-board a fun and positive environment to live in.
