Hi! I’m Aeva, and my roommate and I are looking for someone to share our home with us. 🌈

Rent is $900 + utilities. Water is usually around $36/month, Xfinity is about $75/month, and BGE varies (the highest we’ve seen is around $160 per person when split three ways). The lease is month-to-month, but we’re planning to stay through next April and are hoping for someone looking for something similar.

You’d get the largest bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet, radiator, and window AC. The house has a shared living and dining room, a kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher, basement laundry, 1.5 baths, and street parking plus a spot in the back.

Work-schedule wise: I work a pretty standard Monday–Friday, 8:45–5, while my roommate works two jobs with some very early mornings (as early as 4:30am) and late nights (up to 10:30pm), so the house has a bit of a mixed schedule vibe.

We have one very sweet cat (almost 2!) who hasn’t lived with other animals, so that’s something to keep in mind.

We’re both artists, and the basement is currently an art studio full of creativity (stained glass included—shoes recommended). We love hanging out, watching shows, playing games, and going out, and we really value roommate bonding time. We’re hoping to find someone kind, open-minded, and comfortable in a queer-affirming household to join us.

Overall, it’s a cozy, creative home with great energy and lots of love. 💛

Terry and I are both artists! We have a cat named Cashew. I work a 9-5 while terry works two jobs at the moment. I tend to either be home hanging out with terry or out with friends. Terrys very much the same way.

I do date and sometimes will have my dates over in my room with notice.
