Hello all! I am planning on moving out of my beautiful shared apartment this spring and am looking for someone to sublease with a possibility to renew the lease in August! There are two cis women of color living here and they are both Yale affiliated!

About the place: Located on Trumbull st near many different restaurants, the Peabody Museum and the legendary Olmo bagelry, etc. The unit spans two floors with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Gets plenty of natural light and is very spacious (walk in closet🤭). Perfect for hosting or spending some much needed alone time!! You would technically have your own bathroom but you would share the shower with the first floor roommate (she has her own half bath). The place has tons of character with modern finishes, yet a touch of that old New England charm 😁 Laundry in unit and a large parking lot provided in the back of the unit. Huge backyard with decks on the 1st and second floor!!

About your roomies: You would be staying with two well educated Yale affiliated women of color in their mid 20’s. They’re super sweet and amazingly chill. We enjoy spending time apart but love to host things like roomie dinners or game/movie nights when our schedules align. If you are a more reclusive person (as I am) no worries!! Everyone respects your privacy, space and mental health but they are always there when and if you need some TLC😁

The room would be available for sublease from April 1st to August 1st with the possibility of renewal if you’d like to continue living here!! Rent is 3,345 split 3 ways so with that and utilities you’d spend between 1,200-1,250 a month! First months rent and deposit required.
