About the room
Starting May, we are renting a studio apartment unit above garage in the Viridian community between North Arlington and Euless in zip code 76005. The studio has its own private bathroom, kitchenette (with microwave, 2 stoves, sink with garbage disposal, and fridge). It also has a closet, a washer and dryer hookup, and an in garage parking space. The only shared space is the garage. The unit comes with all utilities - gas, electric, water, very high speed internet, and trash all paid for.
Access to all of the amenities like the pools, tennis courts, bike paths, parks, private neighborhood events, beach, and discounted sailing rates.

About the roomies
There is a detached main house. The only shared items are the mail box and garage.
