The apartment itself is carpeted, with hard floors in the entrance, bathrooms (2) and kitchen for easy sweep up. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer, a balcony perfect for housing plants and sitting out in the sun, a dishwasher, your choice of paid or free parking, and a shy but loving little black cat who would get used to you in time. 😊 The area itself is surrounded by trees, but also right down the hill from the beginning of I520, only 10 minutes away from the light rail that goes all the way to Seattle. We’re also right next to several bus stops, grocery stores (Trader Joe’s 15 minutes away) and restaurants.
Hey, my name’s Michelle but I go by Mickey. I’m a social person who likes boxing, horror movies, and lake jumping in the Summer, but I also value my privacy and do need days/nights in the week to just hole up in my room - usually to write. I’m typically a very up front person and value when others are the same with me. So if something’s wrong, go ahead and talk to me about it (I promise, it won’t hurt my feelings :) ).
I’d love to have a roommate interested in going out on occasion to have fun, but will also be good when the need strikes to go to our rooms like cats and hang out in our respective corners. Speaking of cats, I have one! Her name is Luna, and she’s very shy at first, but very polite and will let you pet her once she gets used to you.
