Looking for a male roommate that’s on time with bills. I have basically a fully furnished living room and kitchen, you just need to bring bedroom and bathroom things. Good price for size of apartment, washer and dryer hookup. Stores and restaurants very close by, bike trails and a park within a ten minute walk. Gyms withing 10 minute drive with a pool on site.
About the roomies
I’m a somewhat social person, with really enjoying peace in my house. I am pretty clean, making it a policy to not have a mess in my house before I go to bed each night. I have a cat who is very sweet, but he doesn’t like other animals, hence the listing.
