I have a room available immediately. This is a two bedroom two bath apartment. Your bedroom and bathroom are at the other end of the apartment separated by the living room and kitchen, which would be shared. I also have a screened lanai. Water, valet, trash, electricity, cable, and Internet included. Must be animal friendly however I cannot allow you to bring an animal. I have two cats, who are my world so they must accept you.😊

Myself and my two cats are the only others living in the apartment. As I said, the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, allowing you more privacy. The room has two desks and one dresser that can stay and be used or I can remove them. If you do not have your own bed, I do have a very nice blowup bed you can use. The room has a very large closet. It has been my office for many years as well as my junk room, I’m in the process of clearing it out that’s why there are no pictures yet. I work from home most of the time. I don’t go out much either so I am home frequently. I’m pretty easy-going. I would prefer somebody who is LGBTQ friendly and definitely no red hats. Must love animals, especially cats. My cats are older and will most likely keep to themselves. If they like you, which means you will be allowed to move in, they may wander into your room to see what you’re up to every now and then. 😁
