Furnished 1 bedroom for rent with private full bath in a 4 bedroom home. The room has a nice deck outside the sliding door. Home situated along open park space and close to the Iron Horse walking path to downtown Danville. Community has shared pools, tennis courts, and rec centers. All utilities and use of the washer and dryer are included in the rent. Must be a non-smoker and no pets. I have a cleaning service which come once a month. The kitchen is free to use and currently my office space is off the kitchen. If this becomes an issue, I can move to another bedroom close by.

Hi, I am a mother of 2 boys, 32 and 31, who now live in southern California so I have a couple of free lonely rooms upstairs and I am only renting 1 of them to help ends meet. I am pretty active with hiking, live music, and the gym. I have an awesome neighbor and good friends to hang out with so very thankful. I work from home as a software developer so my days are quiet working but I like to go, go, go on the weekends to make up for the sedentary life during the week. My parents live a few hours away so I travel often on weekends to see them. I try to live a healthy life style but also like french fries, cold beer, and tacos so … life can sometimes be a struggle ;) Hope to hear from you.
