2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Chatham Greens in South Burlington. You will have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to yourself (bathroom not attached and has the laundry units inside). Has a spacious floorplan with the living room, dining room, and kitchen fully furnished by me. Parking is available on-site with a garage space with moderate storage room for spare tires, bikes, etc. Has in-unit dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, heating, and central AC. We will split internet, gas, and electric bills every month.

My name is Melina and my current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend at the end of April so I’m looking for a new roommate for my apartment. I live with my furbaby Shiro- a white Siberian cat. He is very friendly and loves pets and paper bags. I am a pretty clean person and vacuum at least once a week but he is a long haired cat and his fur ends up everywhere. You’ve been warned :) I am a remote worker so I spend a lot of time at home during the day and am often out and about in the evening. I am a total foodie and love cooking and baking frequently. Otherwise, you can find me with a book, out hiking, rock climbing, or traveling. I am an early bird, asleep by 11pm and awake by 7am most days, so would prefer someone who can be quiet at night.
