I have a large room with private en-suite bathroom available in my apartment. The entire space has great lighting, ample closet space, tandem parking directly in front, and a shared washer/dryer just down the steps.

The building is safe and calm, with only 5 units total, and the neighborhood is great for those who want a central location and family friendly lifestyle.

Utilities (gas, electricity, and wifi) are usually no more than $150/month each (estimating on the high end).

I work 5/7 days per week in hospitality, so that can mean afternoon shifts and working late nights. I like my space to be calm when I come home, and am ideally looking for someone who also works out of the house or goes to school.

I also lived abroad for 10 years and have had several roommates. I’m all about communication and respect. While I enjoy my independence, I would be open to becoming friends and occasionally hanging out together, but otherwise just looking for someone who I get along with.
