Looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom in a cozy 2 bed / 1.5 bath home in Westborough neighborhood in South City. Move in March 15th. Peaceful area with chill, cozy shared spaces.
Room dimensions: 15ft x 12ft master bedroom, has one sliding door closet & a walk in closet, the room would be unfurnished with the exception of a mounted TV (if you’re wanting to keep the TV, otherwise it can be gotten rid of). The room is still occupied & i can provide photos once it has been cleared out. The room is large enough to comfortably fit a queen sized bed along with other furniture & still have quite a bit of space left over.
Rent: $1800/month + utilities (~$75-100/month [depending on time of year], WiFi just $25). Deposit: First & Last months rent
Location Highlights: • Grocery store is a 5 min walk away, & plenty of restaurants + fast food nearby • Multiple bus lines nearby • SSF BART: 10 min drive / 25 min bus ride • the house looks like it lives in a village of cottages & there are quite a few parks just down the street.

I like to have a welcome, friendly & easy going space. I keep to myself for the most part, but am really easy to get along with & im super friendly. I love cooking & occasionally having someone over to hang out/watch movies/have dinner, & am communicative & respectful when doing so. The space is also shared with Murphy—an 8 month old female cat. She’s incredibly friendly, charming & sociable & likes to be around people. She also eats dander reducing cat food in case you’re allergic to cats (i am). I also make sure to keep her out of anyone’s private spaces
