We are looking for 1 person for out 10 x 10 room opening up.
House has a garden in the backyard and a pool table in the garage. 4 bathrooms in a house and a nice kitchen. House is 2800 sqft with a 3 car garage. All utilities included except PGE.
There are 3 guys and 1 girl in the house. We liked to cook and have people over for kickbacks. We are more of a chill house than a party house. We keep it clean and want someone who will keep it clean with use. There is an optional 10 x 10 room connected to this space that can be used as an office for an additional price.
Room Available 1,000 plus 1/5 of PGE 1000 deposit All other utilities included
The house has multiple tvs, fruit trees, a garden, an a lot of room.
Currently 3 guys and 1 girl in their 20s and 30s looking for a 5th in out house. We don’t really party. We cook, bike, snowboard, and watch comedy. Looking for someone who is friendly and will get along with us.
