We are looking for 1 person for either 1 big room or the big room pluse a 10 x 10 office.
The room is huge, about 12 x 14. House has a garden in the backyard and a pool table in the garage. 4 bathrooms in a house and a nice kitchen. House is 2800 sqft with a 3 car garage. All utilities included except PGE.
There are 3 guys and 1 girl in the house. We liked to vook and have people over for kickbacks. We are more of a chill house than a party house. We keep it clean and want someone who will keep it clean with use. There is an optional 10 x 10 room connected to this space that can be used as an office for an additional price.
