About the room
Hi! Thank you for reading. You won’t just be renting one room, but two private rooms: one as your bedroom and the second ideal for a home office, studio, or personal retreat, offering exceptional space and flexibility rarely found in Boston rentals. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. You will also have your own full-size refrigerator, providing extra convenience and private food storage.
I am a young professional currently pursuing my MBA while working remotely in digital marketing. I keep the apartment clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces, and simply ask that you do the same by cleaning up after yourself.
In my free time, I enjoy painting, jogging, exploring the city, and trying new restaurants. The landlady is responsive and helpful whenever anything needs attention.
About you: I’m looking for someone who is LGBT-friendly, respectful, responsible, and easygoing. No pets or couples, please. The apartment includes a shared living room, kitchen, porch, and backyard to enjoy during the warmer months.
If you think you’d be a good fit, please reply with a little about yourself, including your current living situation, where you work, your typical schedule, and anything else you’d like to share. I’m happy to answer any questions and look forward to connecting!
