I’m renting a 1 bedroom to 1 person, 13 × 13 With a walk in closet and your own bathroom. Small shed for storage. Utilities included . Central heat and air conditioning. Washer and dryer are available. Use of kitchen please keep it clean as you go. Access to the Clubhouse pool and jacuzzi. Close to 3 different freeways, lightrail station, parks and shopping I do have a small senior dog She’s quite chill and adorable So dog friendly is needed I’m looking for roommate (1 person) who is Responsible Kind Friendly & Honest to share my home. Parking for 1 car The space will be available June 1st 2026. I am looking for a long-term roommate.
About the roomies
I’m a busy gal in my 50s I have a couple jobs so I’m definitely busier in the summer months enjoying the great weather. I enjoy live music visiting with friends, taking my doggy for a walk at a park near by. Looking for somebody who’s dog friendly.
