Fully furnished queen bed with a flat screen. Walking distance to Riverside Community college a 3-5 minute drive to Cal Babtist and UCR. Very close to downtown Riverside. Close to the 91/60 freeways. Please serious renters preferably a female student or full time person. Access to all the common areas. The bathroom is shared with myself and my wife. Great view from your window. All utilities included free wifi, Disney channel, Netflix, HBO, and the room will be professionally cleaned once a month. Please be clean and respectful. Laundry room can be used for an additional $25. This a month to month lease at $1200 a month $350 security deposit. We have 2 small dogs and 1 cat. References and credit check required.

We are a single family home looking to rent a room. We have two dogs and a cat. We are pet friendly. We are not 420 friendly. We do not allow any type of drugs of any kind. We are clean and respectful and looking for the same.
