This house is located very close to everything, with the commute to shopping and downtown being around 10 minutes (and sometimes less than that!) There is parking in the front driveway /yard, and a backyard with a shed that can be used for bikes and such.

The property is nothing fancy, but it’s been made into a pretty comfortable home. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared, but the available room is private. The room dimensions are 8x10 with a closet, but the basement is large and allows much room for storage or even setting up an additional space to use!

My name is Gwyn and I am a special education assistant in a local school who enjoys art, music, volleyball, and quality time with my boyfriend and pets! My dog, Roo, is my biggest treasure and adores having friends around. However, she is a nervous gal and takes a minute to warm up to new people, but this should not be an issue if you are comfortable with animals! My cat, Wesley, is shy but also incredibly sweet. My critters mostly stay in my room or by my side, but are always down for additional company! In regards to roommate interactions I love silly banter, direct honest communication, and working together to keep the space tidy and cozy!

My current roommate’s name is Lily! She works as a server and is incredibly sweet and respectful. I have genuinely enjoyed her positive presence and my cat Wesley loves her to death. She keeps busy but enjoys journaling, being creative, and spending time with friends.
