Room has your own Frig and a/c unit. Also a/c unit for whole house. South side home and only 5 houses from Odell Weeks park. Non-smoker only. There are 2 bathrooms so you’ll have your own. Shared living areas, laundry room and kitchen. I have an dog. There is driveway parking. WiFi and Netflix.

I live alone with my dog. I’m pretty quiet and don’t smoke. Volunteer 1-2 x/week. I’m easy going. Enjoy tv binge watching. Respectful. Enjoy cards and conversations but nonintrusive.
