The room is located on a separate floor from the remainder of the house. There is a bathroom (full) on the same level with the bedroom and doors to the outside on this level as well. The room itself has a large closet, is furnished with dressers, tv and desk. Outside of the room, the space is open. The laundry room is on the same level. My workout equipment and deep freezer are also on this level. Open area also includes a propane fireplace, couch and tv. The kitchen and living area would be shared spaces, located on a different floor than the room for rent. House is located on several acres and large shops for storage if needed.

I am a single, working professional with no pets at this time though I have had dogs and cats in the past. I do not have any children. I prefer to read during my downtime and enjoy bonfires during the summer/fall while enjoying stargazing.
