Looking to house share a Mid Centry Modern Home, updated, spacious and beautiful home located in an established safe, quiet neighborhood, close to DTC, I25, shoping, bus line and more. Shared space would be living room, kitchen, dining room, sunroom, entertainment room in finished basement, laundry room and work out room/gym. Housemate to have private unfurnished bedroom on main level and choice of bathroom, walk in shower or tub shower. Includes driveway or street parking, beautiful back yard with hot tub, patio and fire pit. Rent includes Xfinity internet, cable, security sytem, trash. lawn care and snow removal. Utilities, heat, a/c, elcectric, gas, sewer and water are to be split and are not included in the rent. Cleaning person every 6-8 which is to be split as well. Looking for short term to start (3-6 months) then to re-evaluate.

Hello-I am the only room mate and home owner. Non-smoking female with cats and dogs. I’m a working professional in the health care field. I work remotely from home and out in the field. I’m quiet, clean and organized. I love animals and I am very particular about keeping everything clean and oder free with my pets. I keep pretty busy and enjoy cooking, gardening, the outdoors and entertaining. I have lived alone in house for a year since getting divorced and would enjoy the company of someone else due to the size of the home.
