This is a 5 bedroom House that sits on a cul-de-sac with 3 other houses. It is a bi-level with 3 bedrooms in the upper level and 2 in the lower. The room is in the lower level where you would share a full bath, living room, and kitchen area with the other roomie (female in her 40s). The laundry is also on the lower level and is shared with the owners as well. There is only a husband and wife in the upper level both in their 60s. It is a super quiet area, 1 mile from Picnic Point Beach……5 min to Hwy 99 or Mukilteo Speedway……….10 min to I-5, I-405, Payne Field, Boeing Everett or the Mukilteo Ferry. 3 grocery stores are within 2 miles of the house (2 Safeway, 1 QFC)

Husband and wife only in upper level of home. Do lots of traveling and semi-retired. Other roomie is very friendly and extremely quiet, stays in her room most of the time.
