About the room
Hi! We have a private bedroom with its own private bathroom available in our clean, peaceful home in West Sacramento!😊
You’d have your own private bathroom and your own fridge, plus full access to the kitchen whenever you’d like. We even have separate dish racks so we’re not in each other’s way — we’ve found that helps keep things easy and comfortable for everyone.
Guests are totally fine, we just appreciate a quick heads-up. We aren’t allowing overnight guests. We don’t have strict quiet hours, but we’re naturally respectful about noise and would love someone who’s the same.
The neighborhood is calm and friendly, and it’s a really nice place to come home to after a long day.

About the roomies
It’s just my boyfriend and me here — no kids, no pets, and no other roommates. We both work full-time (he works Monday–Friday and I work five days a week, including Saturdays), so the house stays pretty calm and quiet during the day. We’re friendly but keep to ourselves and really value a relaxed, drama-free environment.
