I am looking for roomates to share a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment at the Botanic.

I would also consider one roomate and we use the other room as a spare.

The place is not just an apartment but more of a community with a golf simulator and a movie theater. The court yard is amazing with a lot of fun activities.

I am looking for easy going people that are considerate yet fun to be around.

I am very laid back , polite and courtesy and fun. I work , but I am not a workaholic like I used to be. I will have a 6 seater golf cart for all to use.

I would prefer one roomate and we split everything down the middle.
