Very large (20x18 Sq. Ft) unfurnished master bedroom with its private walk-in bathroom and two walk-in closets on the second floor of a beautiful house in Haines City, with two wonderful housemates: owner who lives on the first floor and a young professional in another room on the second floor. I am looking for a person who does not work full-time from home. Please read the full description below and contact me with your information and any questions you may have. Two housemates (one of which is the owner) looking for one more housemate for a 5-BR 3-BA house in Haines City. One 20x18 sq unfurnished master bedroom is available May 15, 2026. Rent is $800 per month and the security deposit is $300. All utilities are included. First month is half off if you sign a 3-12 month lease before May 10th. Lease can be monthly or longer depending on your preference. The room has a dark hardware floor and was repainted in 2022.

The house is very spacious (2880 sq ft) and has a large fenced yard with a long shaded porch and a hammock under a large tree. The kitchen was completely remodeled four years ago. Street parking is available. The house is located in a safe neighborhood of single family homes, within a five-minute drive of Walmart, Aldi, CVS and Walgreens and the new Planet Fitness, and ten minutes from Lowe’s, two Publix supermarkets (Haines City and Davenport), Posner Park and many medical facilities on Rt. 27. Disney parks are 35 minutes away; Orlando is 50 minutes; Tampa is an hour drive and the wonderful beaches of Saint Petersburg and Clearwater 1.5 hours away, perfect for a weekend getaway.

About your housemates: I (the owner of the house) am a working semi retired professional online piano instructor. I play the grand piano on the first floor of the house 1-2 hours daily and also have an electric piano in my office which I use for teaching online and practicing with headphones. Periodically I babysit a friendly dog so please only apply if you like dogs and don’t have one. I may also have a guest from time to time in a guestroom upstairs that would use the shared common areas. You second housemate is a young professional who is very respectful and hard working. We are both very nice, attentive and accommodating, easy to get along with, friendly yet respectful of your privacy. Lookin to share this household with one additional nice, drama-free roommate who is clean, respectful, friendly and financially responsible. Strong preference will be given to professionals who do not work from home full-time or retirees with an active outdoors lifestyle. No couples or children please.
