Location: Conveniently located 2 miles from Grand Canyon University and Phoenix College. Close to I-17 for quick travel, Camelback for shopping and groceries, and just 4 miles from downtown Phoenix. The light rail is a short walk away for easy public commuting. Also a great location for healthcare workers.

House: This house is >2k square feet large and has a private pool. All common areas, including the kitchen, are open for use. Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves to maintain a tidy space. Parking is available.

Internet: There is Verizon high-speed internet with unlimited data, 300+Mbps. Please respect internet use policies to ensure smooth access for everyone.

Lease: Minimum three-month lease with the option to renew afterward.

Rent: $800.

Utilities Includes: Everything. (room/bath, electric, water, gas, sewer, trash, internet, pool, washer & dryer). Only rule is to limit electricity during peak hours, 3pm-6pm.

Furniture: Rooms can be provided with furniture for an additional cost otherwise empty.

Pet policy: Only a cat are allowed at an increase $100 pet deposit and $50 a month rent. Cat must stay in room.

Starting Cost: First month’s rent prorated plus 1/2 security deposit. $100 non-refundable fee for cleaning.

Ideal Tenant: Ideal tenant is a student or working professional who values a safe, respectful, and clean living environment. Preferably someone who enjoys a quiet home environment. Proof of income required.
