This is a private room for a single someone with a proven record of a stable job who needs temporary housing between 6 and 12 months (all utilities included at $875 monthly) at a 3-bedroom apartment in Somersworth NH (the 3rd bedroom is an art studio). This room is ideal for a working person who wants a safe, private, clean, welcoming, supportive environment to serve as your home base.

The room for rent is still being moved-out-of but will be cleared and cleaned well before your move-in date.

There is only one bathroom (with the only access being through my room), so I’m hoping to find someone with a work schedule that helps us operate functionally.

Although I love children and pets, this rental space won’t work to accommodate.

I’m a 60+ woman who has worked in construction for decades. I love my regular schedule and although I’m a friendly and reliable roommate, I simply need to live in an environment where everyone is respectful in terms of cleaning up common space clutter, kitchen mess, leaning toward empathy during night/weekend loudness, etc.

I’m seeking a considerate roommate for a temporary 6-12 months stay with me in this place. I pray it works out for your work schedule and your comfortability.
