About the room

Private unfurnished bedroom with its own attached bathroom available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with huge backyard. You would only be sharing common areas (backyard, kitchen, living room, and dining room) with me as I’m the only other occupant. I’m a working professional (female) typical work schedule is 8–5. Female roommates are strongly preferred.

The home is centrally located and ideal for anyone working near Kaiser or the local refineries. It’s a great commute location! BART is within walking distance, the Richmond Ferry is less than two miles away, and there’s easy access to the San Rafael Bridge and major freeways.

I have two quiet, well-behaved dogs who are not barkers. The home is peaceful, well cared for, and shared respectfully. I’m looking for a working professional who values a calm environment, reliability, and clear communication. Common areas are shared and kept clean.
