Your own free parking spot at the north side of the house in front of the garage at the gate. Walk through the gate to the back door. The back of the house (bedroom, hallway/food prep area and bathroom/laundry space) is mostly your personal space. We will need to use the laundry machine twice a week. The back door has a keyless deadbolt that can be opened with a passcode we will give you. The bedroom is 8 ft by 10 ft and the bathroom is 5 ft by 6ft. The total space is about 200 sq ft. You will have access to our kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher, sink, etc. We have provided you a separate medium sized refrigerator and a microwave/oven for your personal use. We provide you starter dishes and utensils. For the first month, we provide bedding, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies and laundry soap. A hairdryer is provided. You will wash your towels and bedding. You will perform monthly cleaning of the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.

We have a 32“ TV in the room with a ROKU box for full streaming services. It can display a screen mirror of a device. The WiFi signal is strong with 2.5GHz connection with 50Mbps upload and download speeds. 100Mbit ethernet internet is available by request.

The room is heated and cooled by a Mitsubishi ductless system.

The I-5 freeway is difficult to hear, because it’s at a higher elevation. Lowell Rd is busy in the morning and afternoon on weekdays for commuters. The windows have blackout shades.

We do not allow pets into the space. The fir flooring and window sills will be quickly scratched and dented.

We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the building.

We built the back of the house with full insulation and extra sound proofing. Full sun beams into the room by the late afternoon.

We are a married couple for 28 plus years. We don’t have kids and don’t smoke or do drugs. Amy is a professional childcare provider who also owns an antique business. Andrew is a professional electrician with a journeyman’s license for WA state working mostly at commercial and industrial sites.
