Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my place at The Meadows in Culver City. The 2 bedroom apartment is in a quiet, super green gated community that honestly feels more like a park than a typical LA complex. $2800 monthly rent split between us. Parking spot (if there’s a space available upon move-in) for additional $35 a month. The community has pools, hot tubs, dry saunas, a decent gym, tennis courts, walking paths, and easy street parking. It’s peaceful but still really central, about 10 minutes from Downtown Culver City, Playa Vista, and about 20 from the beach.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing, and looking for someone similar who wants a comfortable, calm home environment. Ideal for a working professional or someone hybrid/remote who appreciates a relaxed living space.
