As for the area and apartment. Very nice and private. Flowers and shrubbery surround the street side wrap around stair case. Beautiful walk to eateries and what not on Divisadero and adjacent streets.

I’m a healthcare professional whom travels considerably and won’t be at the apartment for two out of four weekends each month for the most part. I also work a lot so I won’t be seen for much of the days that I’m there.
Health Conscious, active, golfer, baseball, tennis, Walker/Jogger, non smoker. No pets, but Pet friendly.
You can cook and also clean up, have up to 40% of the fridge, and part of cabinetry storage space. I cook and also bake sourdough bread from time to time so that takes up the kitchen at times.
Room will be unfurnished and professionally cleaned before move in.
Rent includes a biweekly maid service for bathroom and common area.
