Two roomies seeking third to help split rent and bills even further. The room available is known as a “mother-in-law suite” which means it has its own kitchen, bathroom and entry/exit all without having to access the other part of the house where we live except for the washer/dryer access. So it allows for some privacy if that’s important to you. The area itself feels more like a studio apartment but without the noisy upstairs neighbors :)

We are two professional adult males with heavy gaming tendencies. There is one cat that would be limited to only the main area of the house.

If you are interested let us know and if we feel like we are a good fit (very picky as good roomies are hard to find) we will submit your contact info to the landlord and she will run the background and income history checks before adding you to the lease.

Current lease ends on Feb 28th 2027 but I (Paul, primary renter) plan to renew at that time should the landlord also agree.

We are courteous of noise, cleanliness and general decency to others and are looking for someone like minded who is looking to save on rent and bills.

Two gamer bros, one in 27 and the other 40. We both like to cook but are considerate with dishes, smells and smoke. We are both introverted and are either at work or home in our rooms. Finding the right “fit” in a roommate is our goal.
