This is a two-bedroom apartment, so it would only be you and me living here — no additional roommates. FEMALE ONLY. I am looking for a female roommate who:

• Pays rent on time
• Keeps her private spaces (bedroom and bathroom) clean and shared areas as well
• Is respectful and considerate about noise, especially between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, (If you work earlier than that, I kindly ask that you do your best to be mindful of my sleeping schedule).
