I’ve lived here for over 6 years and have lived in both 2 bedroom + 2 baths and currently 1 bedroom and bath. Roommate would enjoy the master bedroom w/ walk-in closet. I love everything about living here and would prefer to remain if I find the compatible roommate for our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I am a very youthful 77. I’ve had a successful career as an entrepreneur. Since moving to Florida with my wife 5 years ago, we divorced. In spite of my financial success, I find myself in this room mate situation because of a financial trauma I experienced.
