Upscale neighborhood, backs to lakes at fossil creek park. Access to fishing, canoeing, kayaking, golf (south ridge greens). Near bike trails and access to max bus. Large house with basement rooms available for rent. Private room in large walk out basement (1800 sq ft)
About the roomies
Wife and I (55 years old) raised 6 children in large house in an upscale neighborhood and now find ourselves empty nesters. Have a full basement that is unused with 3 bedrooms. Willing to rent individual rooms to right situation. Females or couples only. May have up to one additional renter in adjacent room at times may not. Depending on presence of 2nd renter may have exclusive or shared access to kitchenette, bathroom, large rec room etc. May have family stay in 3rd basement room 2-3 times a year for a few days max.
