Hi! Im Brian, a 42-year-old high school counselor who has been working at the same school in Howard County for the past 14 years. I enjoy live music, spending time with friends, going out to movies, and a good binge watching session. My current roommate is moving out after two great years due to a new job, so I’m looking to welcome someone new into the condo.

The available room is fully furnished and includes a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and a top-of-the-line memory foam mattress (about three years old) with brand-new sheets and a comforter. The room also features a wall-mounted 42-inch TV with Hulu Plus and other streaming options, along with high-speed T-Mobile internet. The rooms are on opposite ends of the condo for extra privacy.

You have access to the entire home as needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a Cuisinart convection oven, Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot, SodaStream, and NutriBullet. A house cleaner comes once a month to keep the place spotless. Additional shared amenities include access to a printer, scanner, and fax machine. You also have a reserved parking spot directly in front of the condo.

I serve as the Condominium associations HOA president and am consistently informed about community updates and developments.

The condo is located directly across the street from the Green Valley Shopping Center, featuring a full strip mall, grocery store, and multiple fast-food and casual dining options. Just minutes away are BWI Airport, the Guinness Open Gate Brewery, Patapsco Valley State Park, and popular entertainment and shopping destinations such as Arundel Mills Mall and Maryland Live! Casino.
