A 4 bed/3 bathroom townhouse near Midtown and East Sacramento! I’ve lived here almost three years, and it is a very quiet and pleasant little complex. Plenty of amenities nearby, and just a few minutes away from downtown. :)

Cozy space. Month to month. The room has its own closet and bathroom right next to it. Has a few things in it (dresser, mattress) that can be left if you’d like, or taken out for your own things. It has a good amount of space, but you are always welcome to store anything in the guest room if needed. The common areas of the house are furnished, and you are definitely welcome to use anything you may need. We only pay electric and internet here, so the utilities are pretty manageable when split into 3.

Preferably no pets, but will be open to a cat or small animal - as I already have three friendly, furry boys roaming the premises currently. <3 Thanks for looking!

It will be myself and one other woman in our home. We’re both working professionals, and I’m a student as well, so we aren’t home very much. We’re looking for someone who has a similar schedule day to day, but open to other situations, too :)
