Third floor apartment building about 20 minute walk from downtown New bedford and about a 5 min drive from 195. There is plenty of street parking. There are 2 bedrooms and a spare room with just a skylight that we typically use for gaming/ wfh. The bedroom is unfurnished there is a decent sized closet just outside the bedroom door. I have a couch and coffee table in the living room there is also a microwave and toaster in the kitchen. The missing cabinet door under the sink in the kitchen is being replaced. Bathroom is shared with a good amount of shelf space ( I will upload photo soon). There is a washer and dryer in the basement but the dryer can be finicky. utilities will be about 150 a month. wifi is 40 a month.

I’m fairly neat and laid back. I work a mix of evenings and mornings and prefer a pretty calm space to relax.
