Queen size bed. Washer/dryer on same floor. Very quiet and peaceful. Bathroom shared with 1 person who is very neat and organized.

On the outside, it looks like a townhouse, but it is really a spacious 2-story condo. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of shelf space, a pantry, guest bathroom, 2 sitting areas, a dining area and a small balcony. Street parking. Bus stop in front. Extra storage area.

All utilities included with high-speed internet and Paramount +. Bedrooms have locks on them.

I am a teacher and the other roommate is a researcher. We chat when we run into each other in the common areas but lead independent lives. Very, very calm and quiet environment built on mutual respect and good communication. We clean behind ourselves and share the entire house and general cleaning responsibilities.
