We are very chill. We throw parties every now and then but it’s not a party house whatsoever and when we aren’t planning parties we keep guests to an absolute minimum.

We respect common spaces and view this home as a peaceful place to live - quiet hours 11pm-morning.

we have kayaks, enjoy hiking, I travel a lot as well. It’s a relaxed environment as far as rules but peace is paramount!
