About the room

Our condo was built in 2020 & is in an HOA that includes three swimming pools, a jacuzzi, playground areas, a dog park, and basketball court. It is located right next to the M Resort and is very quiet.

Our community has quick access to the freeway and is 10-15 minutes from the strip & airport.

All utilities included (gas, water, trash, internet, cable, electric).
