Furnished room includes TV, Roku unit, shared and separate heat & AC units, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, dresser, multi-function coffee maker, microwave, large mini fridge, small table & 2 chairs, nightstands, bed & bath linens (optional), full private bath (stand-up shower, no tub), all utilities including wifi. No smoking indoors, designated area outdoors. No pets. Does not include access to kitchen or laundry, may be considered on a case by case basis for additional fee. Will consider shorter stays, all stays are on a month to month basis.

Home owners on site (2). Quiet couple, both with busy jobs, non smokers. Occasional family/friends staying on property.
