The property is located on Puget Sound in Burien, Washington. The house is a 8500 square-foot mansion known as the “Sprague mansion” but better known as “forest ledge”. It sits in the middle of four wooden acres overlooking Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains and Vashon Island. There are stairs leading to a private beach. There is a giant ballroom with a grand piano for anyone that wishes to play it. Ballroom also features the largest private Pipe Organ west of the Mississippi. The rooms have their own private baths. There’s a banquet room and a kitchen.

I am the owner of the property and I live here in one of the bedrooms. There is a private New York style suite at one of my employees occupies.
