About the room

The property is located on Puget Sound in Burien, Washington. The house is a 8500 square-foot mansion known as the “Sprague mansion” but better known as “forest ledge”. It sits in the middle of four wooden acres overlooking Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains and Vashon Island. There are stairs leading to a private beach. There is a giant ballroom with a grand piano for anyone that wishes to play it. Ballroom also features the largest private Pipe Organ west of the Mississippi. The house is 8500 ft.² and it’s very large. I have two female roommates. One is a veterinary technician and the other is a schoolteacher at the Catholic Church up the street. The room that I am making available is the luxury room which has its own Jacuzzi tub plus shower plus washer and dryer in the large bathroom. The room overlooks Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains as well as Vashon Island. It’s facing the shipping lanes so it’s fun to watch big ships go by. The room also has a French door that opens out onto a deck where two chairs and a table can be fitted or whatever you can dream of. About the roomies

Because I’ve already had female roommates, they request that I only provide rooms to females, so I am adhering to their rule. I’m sorry to all of the guys that have contacted me to rent a room, but rules or rules. My leadership style is to allow everyone that is affected by a decision to have a voice.
