Looking to rent out my spare bedroom with an attached study/changing area. I am an RN and would love to have a traveling clinician but am open to anyone if it’s a good fit mutually. The apartment is on the large second floor of a 1920s colonial with a large welcoming open porch on the exterior and once inside you’ll be greeted by a nice foyer with wide open winding stairs that bring you to the main/second floor which is open allowing you to look down to the foyer/entranceway. Your bedroom is in its own private corner of the apartment (opposite side of master bedroom) and has a small separate area outside of the bedroom that you could use as a dressing area, study area or whatever you decide to use it for. There is a desk in the room that you could use if you don’t have one, or I could take it out if you don’t want to use it. The bed is a full-size bed and there’s a small closet for your clothes. If you don’t have a TV, I can get a TV. I do have Wi-Fi available and the TV would be a streaming TV. I do not have cable. There is some storage space either in the basement or the third floor attic and I have my own washer and dryer in the basement. There is plenty of parking and a huge yard that surrounds the house. The bathroom is shared, but it’s just step away from your room and we could make a schedule that works well for both of us. This location is perfect and close to highways and public transportation, which is the commuter rail right down the street and very close to Leominster, Worcester, Concord MA, Burlington, and Boston hospitals. It’s also only about 15 to 20 minutes away from Nashua, NH..
I am a 56-year-old divorced professional female. I work full-time as a hospice RN case manager and I work a lot. Sometimes I work at home doing my documentation. I am quiet, friendly, outgoing and have a good sense of humor. I am respectful, considerate, and CLEAN, and expecting the same from a roommate. I don’t mind a little bit of clutter here and there, but I don’t want to have to pick up after somebody at all. I do not drink, but I don’t mind if you do, socially. I definitely don’t want someone that does drugs. The occasional cannabis is ok but can not smoke in the apartment. I do have a three-year-old puppy who is very friendly, sometimes energetic and playful. She only barks once in a while if somebody is walking by outside and she looks out the window at them.
