House split- 3 bed 2 bath house in Sloans lake. Rent $1,400 includes all utilities and WiFi. You’d have the room pictured, your own bathroom and access to the third room (not pictured), which currently is used as an open space but great as a room for guests or an office space (I do not work in there so if you wfh it’s open for you). There’s also two attached sun rooms- the one in the front I use for art and the one in the back is more of a wellness space. The sauna is also mine and can be used! Your room can be furnished with a bed if you need it as well.

Seeking a conscious and calm individual. Ideally someone into wellness with a restful lifestyle. It’s just me and biggie (he’s a large dog and is dog friendly but NOT cat friendly). He’s 8 and just snuggles most of the day. I’m 29, work from home and also teach dance, yoga and nervous system regulation. I’m home most days, and love to sauna, do yoga, paint, cook and chill. Would love a roommate who is on a similar energetic wavelength.
