I have 2 private rooms available in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment located on the bottom floor, with a balcony & storage room attached.

Both rooms are unfurnished, giving you the freedom to design and style it exactly how you like, truly making it your own peaceful and comfortable space. The bedrooms feature a generously sized window that brings in beautiful natural light and includes a closet for storage. There is a spacious shared bathroom with two separate sinks and two separate cabinet storage for each women to keep their things separated and well organized.

The kitchen is an open, shared space.. perfect for cooking and connecting, while still maintaining your own privacy when needed. There is also a Washer Machine and Dryer inside the unit, which is very convenient.

There is some noise above dealing with the people above me but other than that.. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and secure, making it ideal if you value a great complex.

The complex has a fun, welcoming vibe as well! They host monthly food trucks, weekly “Win It Wednesday” giveaways, and other resident events or participations.
