I am looking for a female who is willing to be on a lease with me. Must have good credit and atleast can show pay stubs making atleast 1600/ mnth. We will split the deposit cost and rent cost I will pay the full cost for internet and electricity. The whole apartment will be furnished and I also have a washer and dryer. The only room you will need to furnish is yours. So I’m looking for someone that doesn’t have too much stuff. I don’t have that much storage space. Also, I am looking for someone who is OK with dogs and a 2 yr old child as I have both. My current lease ends in September and I will need a roommate In order to keep a stable living space for me and my child as it will be cheaper. I will be upgrading from a two bedroom to a 3 bedroom so you will be able to have your own room I will cover utilities so you onlt have to pay rent. No drugs, no alcohol, no people that stay up all night and no weed.
