Spacious 3-bedroom townhome in a quiet, safe area. Only two of the bedrooms will be occupied, so you’ll have plenty of space and privacy. The third room will be set up as a shared game room/podcast/lounge space for everyone to enjoy.

The home has a comfortable living area, full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Utilities will be split evenly. There’s also one very friendly dog living in the home, so being dog-friendly is a must 🐶

Overall, it’s a relaxed and easygoing household clean but not overly strict. We just ask that everyone cleans up after themselves and respects shared spaces.

I’m a 22-year-old Stan State student who’s laid-back, easy to get along with, and focused on school and work. The house vibe is chill and drama-free. We’re not super uptight, but we do appreciate someone who is responsible, respectful, and keeps common areas reasonably clean.
