Mi casa es su casa! Here you will find a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Our home is full of love and light. There are two humans (my husband and I) and one cat who live on site.

Your private room (~10’x12’) unfurnished. All utilities are included, along with shared access to the washer/dryer, and shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, dining room, and backyard/patio. You’ll have two exclusive days for laundry (1 weekend and 1 weekday) as well as a dedicated space in the bathroom, main refrigerator, and pantry for your personal effects.

The community is one to adore. It’s beautiful, quiet, and teaming with wildlife. There are many included community benefits that come with your stay. Included is a keycard to access the heated pool, jacuzzis, and gym at the Ranch House, along with hiking and biking trails, parks, and a local eatery. A new gas station with a car wash and Jamba Juice is coming soon to our community for added convenience! There is also a Little Caesars within a 5-minute car drive and other eateries within a 3-mile drive south along the 41 (Dutch Bros, Me-N-Eds, Blast N Brew, Papi’s Mexican Grille), plus a UPS, Nail Salon, and more!

Please note that we are a non, cigarette-smoking home. 420 smoking ok outside. Also, this is a Vegan/vegetarian household, minus the cat’s obligatory carnivore diet. Post-cooked meat ok to consume inside, but unprepared meat cannot be prepared in a common kitchen in efforts to avoid contamination.

My husband Joe and I (Steph) are down-to-earth folks. We have a new rescue kitty (Chloe) and no other pets or family members living in the house. My husband works a lot of hours outside the home, and I am a pre-medical student. We enjoy plant-based cooking, along with hikes, bike rides, boating and RVing trips. We are very easy-going and are looking forward to a happy and healthy new year!
