We are a friendly, quiet, and tidy couple living with one well-behaved cat. We prioritize a clean, simple, and respectful living environment. We are looking for a housemate who shares similar values regarding cleanliness and respecting shared and personal space. We are happy to keep to ourselves but are also open to occasional, friendly interaction, such as a movie night or enjoying the outdoor space together.

Cleanliness: Must be tidy and clean up after themselves in common areas. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking permitted inside the house; smoking is allowed backyard only. Pets: We have one cat, so you must be comfortable with animals. We treat our home with care and are looking for someone who will do the same.
